Clare Waight Keller is synonymous with genius. She has been the creative director at Chloé since 2011 and I will miss her dearly. She’s since moved on to Givenchy and Natacha Ramsay-Levi has taken the helm at Chloé. It’s all too much for me, I don’t like change. The past few seasons of Chloé have been über inspiring, my favourites being F/W 15 and F/W 17, which is what I’m really here to talk about. If you haven’t seen this collection, go check it out. Thanks to major ’60s inspiration we saw mini dresses, fur, paisley, mary janes, and splashes of this season’s most fabulous colour: mustard yellow. I am filling my closet with this colour and can’t imagine ever stopping (you’ve already seen me in this colour here). It’s pretty but grungy and makes a bold statement. I was particularly inspired by looks like this and this, so when I saw this mustard faux fur jacket at Zara I knew it was just what I needed.
What do you think? Do you need more mustard?
