Bibury is the most beautiful village in all of the United Kingdom. It’s like being transported back in time to when people churned their own butter or something…it’s magical. As Manarola is to Cinque Terre, Bibury is one of the towns that make up the Cotswolds. Arlington Row is particularly famous for the seventeenth century stone cottages that used to house the workers of the Arlington Mill. Dad and I rose early one morning to get some shots of these picturesque cottages without the tourist frenzy. As they say, the early bird gets the worm.
I’ve been really into layering lately. Maybe it’s because England and Scotland were so much colder than I anticipated, but it’s also because layering gives you the freedom to make a piece your own. One dress can easily be turned into multiple outfits draped over a flowy blouse, black turtleneck, or chunky knit.
I have been dreaming of the Chloé Drew ever since I laid eyes on it in Paris. This bag comes in nano, mini, small, medium, and large but I couldn’t resist the charm of the nano. The chain is so dainty and the red adds a pop of colour to every look. (Insider tip: the sales associate at Selfridges told me they are discontinuing the nano, so if you’re as drawn to it as I was get it before it’s gone or keep your eyes peeled for it on websites like TheRealReal.)
