Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3/4cup Tostitos® salsa
  • Seasoning: salt, pepper, ground cumin, chilli powder, garlic powder
  • 1/2 avocado
