- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Tandoori seasoning
This is one of my favourite side dishes. I feel like I’m eating it all the time, especially on the Whole 30! Let’s get started!
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Next, mix the almond butter, olive oil, and tandoori seasoning.
I really love the Tandoori flavour, but it might be a bit overpowering for some (although, let me just say that the first time I made this I put 4 tablespoons of seasoning in…too strong…just too strong).
Mix it all together and spread it evenly on 2 baking sheets.
Broil on low in the oven for 10-20 minutes, sprinkle on some crushed almonds and voilà! Bon appétit!
