- 1/2 cup Quaker® rolled oats
- 1/2 cup soy or almond milk
- 1/2 cup Oikos® greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
They say that breakfast is the most important meal, and honestly, it’s the most delicious too! I usually make breakfast from scratch every morning but it’s always nice to have something ready-to-go on those busy mornings. Oatmeal is one of my favourite things and this recipe combines oatmeal, greek yogurt, chia seeds, and blueberries in a refreshing and filling dish. This is a no-bake recipe, so let’s get started!
Mix all the ingredients together in one big bowl.
Scoop the chia seed oatmeal into a mason jar. I separated the oatmeal mixture with a layer of vanilla greek yogurt and topped it with some frozen blueberries.
Store this overnight. The chia seeds will swell and everything will come together beautifully.
This recipe will fill one mason jar. If you’d like to make a few jars worth, just double or triple the recipe!
