Peru with G Adventures

When I was 17 I had the chance to go to Ecuador with Me to We. The experience changed my life. It was like a whole new world my eyes had been opened up to. We ended up waiting about an hour and a half outside of the aptly-named The Taco Stand in La Jolla for the best tacos I have ever had in my life. With unlimited sauce refills and giant portions (look at that guac!), this is a bucket list destination. Buen provecho, indeed.
